Yarden Mount Hermon Moscato was produced from Chardonnnay and Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Golan heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wiine grape varieties. Cold fermentation retains the naturally fruity and floral qualities characteristic of these varietals.
