This straw-colored amber wine from the rare Mukhamtsvane grape is made with the Georgian traditional method, in Qvevri by Evgenia Grigorieva. The wine is produced in a traditional method, which means that the fermentation of the grapes for 6 months takes place in a Qvevri.
