
This cuvée is made exclusively of Chardonnay from 2 selected communes at the heart of the white coast giving it a unique character by its mono varietal and its method of winemaking.
Food pairing: can be drunk both at the beginning and at the end of the evening. Wonderfully scented for an aperitif, it is also a subtle accompaniment to fruit desserts, including fruit tart, fruit salad and red fruit crumble.
