This Champagne is light yellow with a green tinge. Floral and citrus fruit on the nose, but also pineapple and apricot. Extremely fine on the palate with delicate aromas and a creamy mousse, making it soft, round and wonderfully dry. A refined, light-footed Champagne with lots of fruit, matured on its yeast depot for more than 36 months and has therefore gained tremendous refinement.
Ready to drink and extremely seductive due to its freshness and fruit with the lively lightness typical of Ruinart.
Food pairing: An excellent aperitif. Also an excellent accompaniment to fine dishes. For example scallops, crab, lobster, cod, sole, turbot and exciting sushi snacks.
