Refreshing dry rose wine made from Pinot Noir grapes that grows in the vineyards in the Palatinate. At the end of the harvest, the berries are sent to the winery, where they are gently pressed, followed by fermentation in steel tanks. Short agin is also carried out in stainless steel tanks.
The wine has a fresh, energetic, lively, invigorating, spicy taste with notes of green apple, peach, pear and citrus fruits, which frame the tone of sweet spices. The finish is long, refined.
Food pairing: Wine is recommended to be served as an aperitif, as well as light salads, fish, seafood, white meat, fruits and vegetables, cheeses.
