This Ocho Rkatsiteli wine is made from the eponymous Rkatsiteli grape, a grape variety native to Georgia that is grown in the vineyards of the village of Alaverdi, Akhmeta, Kakheti.

The wine spends 6 months with skin contact in the Qvevri. This shiny amber wine is special because of its aromas of herbs and Georgian spices.

Food pairing: cheese, fried chicken, beef cooked with herbs, stewed lamb with herbs and sour plums.
