A structured wine with round tannins and a full bodied. Internse ruby red colour. Good aromatic intensity with a significant varietal character, in wich fruit and oak are in erfect harmony.
Food pairing:Due to the tannicity of the wine as well as your alcohol content it is not recommended that it be served with acidic foods or very salty foods, by contrast, the best harmonization would be made with oily and succulent foods. So it’s ideal for pot meat, feijoada, pasta with ragu, country chicken rice, chicken with okra, all-you-can-eat pasta, classic pizza & matured semi-hard cheese.
