Whole bunch fermentation, long skin maceration, after pneumatic pressing the wine matures with lees for 6 months in American medium+ toasted oak. The start in the glass is immediately bourbon vanilla, ripe plantain, coconut and some peach.
At first taste the wine will seem slightly closed, controlled. But after this this Chardonnay shows its characteristic side. Again coconut, bourbon vanilla, new sawn oak, ripe stone fruits and pineapple. Sultry round, almost creamy with an uplifting fresh lemon note.
