Dessert wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. In the production of Icewine wine, a unique technique is used, which assumes that the grapes are harvested by hand only after the onset of the first frost. In this way, the maximum natural sugar level in the grapes is achieved with maximum polyphenolic ripeness. The wine is characterised by a pale pink colour (due to the red grape variety), a pleasant balance between high sugar levels and acidity and aromas of honey, peach, black plum, baking spices.
Ideal to serve icewine in a glass big enough to still allow you to swirl it around.
Food pairing: Serve chilled with desserts or as an accompaniment to blue cheeses.
