The Pinot Noir is also doing very well in newcomer Bulgaria. In the vineyards on the 43rd parallel, the Pinot Noir ripens well, while retaining its acidity nicely. This classic grape really comes into its own here. Ruby red in color and some brick tones. Intense and long-lasting aroma of red Dutch cherry, somewhat smoky, dark chocolate and vanilla. Cherry, raspberry and plum is clearly visible in the taste. Very good length and finish with aromas of smoke and vanilla.
Food pairing: Great for a salad with smoked duck breast and raspberry dressing. Can also be served with the fried chicken on Sundays.
