Slightly unobtrusive aroma which the vibrant red fruit aromas, provides a striking contrast in the taste. The fresh but fleshy fruit in the taste will come into its own very well with a cheese platter with ripe, creamy cheeses or with fine red meat.
Food pairing: Ripe, creamy cheeses (camembert, brie, chaume), fine red meat.
