Expressive and energetic thanks to its high acidity which is typical of the Albariño . The Cuvée Especial has very appealing bouquets of white peach, apricot, honey and even some spices. This harmonious combination of aromas and flavours is enveloped in a round and slightly creamy body with additional delicate hints of vanilla in the nose and on the palate.
A great balance that the winemaker has been able to achieve between high acidity and body!
This is a very well made wine with graceful and beautiful length. Very enjoyable now and it might also be interesting to keep and mature for 1-2 more years.
