The Vulgaris Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from Idi Di Marzo has an intense dark color, with a deep purple hue, the result of careful processing of the vineyard to ensure a low yield per hectare, which gives structure and good organoleptic complexity. The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of October.
Subsequently, maceration in steel tanks at controlled temperatures makes it possible to extract the typical, intense color and flavor from the skins. The wine matures for another year in steel tanks and three months in the bottle.
