Energetic Chianti with a bright ruby red color. Generous in fresh red fruits, especially cherries and plums, but also violets and some spicy, peppery aromas. With an attractive intensity and a nice length.
Food pairing: Due to its lively, not too heavy character, this is a wine to simply enjoy as such or to eat with a vegetarian dish with sweet potato, with a pasta with pumpkin and sage or a delicious tender saltimbocca.
