Vinarija Buhač is a small family winery from inlands eastern Croatia, from the town of Ilok close to the river Danube.
This wine is made from 100% Graševina grapes and it is a fine example of Danube terroir.
The wine is greenish yellow in color, with an intense grape aroma of green apple, white flowers with some freshness of citrus. It is very easy on the palate with pleasant bitterness and refreshing acidity. A wine that can be enjoyed in longer gatherings or on a nice sunny day on a terrace.
Food pairing: Delicious with: haddock, mussels, asparagus, salads, vegetarian dishes or as an aperitif.
