Smooth wine with a lot of juiciness and little tannin. Preferably drink the wine slightly cooler than usual. Fresh aroma of red fruit and light earthy undertone. Barbera at its best, fruity, round in taste, smooth and delicate.
Food pairing :Delicious aperitif, amazing with pasta with tomato sauce, cheese board (including Burrata) and of course with stewed meat dishes.
