The AOC Limoux is a bright ruby red color with aromas of cherries, black currant and raspberries with a wonderful roundness and elegant finish on the palate. It is a full-bodied complex wine. The wines are blended and aged for 8-9 months in wooden barrels. Everything through the “Protect the Planet” principle.
Wine and food pairing: Grilled chicken dishes, grilled steaks. Brie or Saint Marcellin or a red gazpacho.
