It's a fruity, medium-bodied wine with lovely freshness and firm structure. It has dark ruby color and aromas of ripe red cherry and Dalmatian herbs. Aged only in stainless steal, Dalmatian dog is terroir-driven, vibrant and full of life. Its maker, enologist Juraj Sladić succeeded to make an impressive babić without needing the wood.
